Terms of Service

The plain-language agreement for using Hashimo.

WHAT HASHIMO IS
Hashimo is a wellness companion that helps you track how you feel and notice patterns over time. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not provide medical advice. Always consult your doctor or care team about your health, and never delay or disregard professional advice because of something in the app.
USING THE APP
You agree to use Hashimo for your own personal wellness tracking, lawfully, and not to misuse it — including no attempts to disrupt the service, access other people's data, or break security. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country to use it.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, you authorize them to share basic identity (name and email) to create your account — nothing you log is shared back to them.
YOUR DATA
Your logs are yours. How data is stored and handled is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete everything at any time from the app.
NO WARRANTY & LIABILITY
Hashimo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any harm arising from decisions you make based on the app, or from interruptions, errors, or loss of data. In an emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services.
CHANGES
We may update these terms as the app evolves. If we make material changes we'll update the date below; continuing to use Hashimo means you accept the current terms.

Last updated June 2026. Hashimo is a wellness companion, not a medical device, and nothing here is medical advice.
